Do you have cancellation policy?
We do have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all services. We greatly appreciate your consideration to call and notify us if rescheduling needs to be made. We understand that life happens, so it will ultimately be up to your stylist’s discretion and availability. “No Shows” are responsible for 100% of cost of appointment.
Can I wash my hair after a color service?
Yes, you can wash your hair after color service. Sometimes we suggest waiting a 24-hr period before doing so, depending on the treatment you had. We HIGHLY recommend using color safe products. This will help protect your investment for a longer period of time.
Should I wash my hair before I do a color treatment?
Yes, clean hair allows products to perform better. Hair build-up doesn’t allow products to perform at its 100%. Please note, if we need to wash/dry your hair before starting your color treatment, an additional charge of $15 will be added to your final bill.
What services do you offer?

Do you offer styling tips or advice?
Yes, we are happy to discuss your preferences for cuts and color and make recommendation based on our expertise. You’re welcome to come by a few minutes before your appointment to chat with your stylist. Check out our blog about Choosing your haircut.
